Elizabeth Kalafut
I’m Elizabeth “Lizzie” Kalafut, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to be and owner of Grove Street Bakery in Bloomington, Illinois. I joined the One Hope Project Ambassador Program because I’m passionate about helping others heal their relationship with food and spreading hope to those affected by eating disorders. Having personally experienced an eating disorder, I know how powerful community and compassion can be in recovery. I’m excited to use my voice and my love for food to help others see that all foods can fit—and that recovery is always possible.
