As a family nurse practitioner, I’m passionate about helping people heal beyond the physical — and becoming an ambassador for One Hope Project is a powerful way to live out that purpose. Having personally struggled with body dysmorphia and disordered eating, I understand how harmful unrealistic beauty ideals can be and how isolating the journey often feels. What inspires me most about One Hope Project is their mission to walk alongside clients in recovery through education, intervention, and accessible treatment, breaking down stigma and barriers to care. I’m proud to support an organization that is rewriting the narrative around eating disorders and helping people reclaim hope, health, and a sense of worth beyond the mirror.
As a mom of two daughters, this mission is deeply personal to me. I want them — and every young person — to grow up in a world where they feel worthy, confident, and free from harmful beauty standards. Being part of One Hope Project is not just about my own healing, but about helping create a healthier, more hopeful future for others too.
