I currently teach Ancient World Civilizations and am finishing my second Masters Degree in Counseling. I own my own Commercial and Residential Cleaning Company and am Co-Owner of an event venue space, The Orchard Events. I also volunteer at my local church in the children's ministry. I am a former Varsity Boys Basketball coach and trainer with a passion for fitness.
Becoming an Ambassador with One Hope is a dream come true for me, as finding hope with this particular illness can be hard to find. As a person who has dealt with disordered eating, societal pressures regarding my body image and a survivor of abuse, I know first hand the importance of needing a safe and positive community to encourage you towards hope, wellness and healing. My excitement with this program is found in the people I will meet and the support, encouragement and guidance I hope to provide others as they navigate through their healing process. Building positive and authentic relationships will be mutually beneficial through our continued journeys of recovery from disordered eating.
