Community Educator

With more than 15 years of experience in community education, mental health advocacy, and client-centered support, Anesdra is passionate about empowering individuals through education, awareness, and compassionate care. Throughout her career, she has worked with people of all ages, from young children to older adults, providing both one-on-one support and community-based education.

Her experience includes teaching body safety, healthy boundaries, consent education, and self-care practices, as well as helping individuals and families identify mental health needs and connect with resources that support healing and growth. She has also advocated for survivors of sexual violence, helping them navigate their healing journeys through trauma-informed, victim-centered support.

A strong believer in the power of education to create lasting change, Anesdra has led public speaking engagements, professional trainings, and classroom presentations designed to increase awareness, reduce stigma, and equip individuals with tools to support their well-being. Her work is guided by a trauma-informed approach that prioritizes safety, respect, empowerment, and understanding.

Anesdra is excited to contribute to the field of eating disorder prevention and education. Recognizing the close connection between eating disorders and mental health, she is passionate about bridging gaps in awareness, providing meaningful education, and helping communities better understand and support those who are struggling.

At the heart of her work is a commitment to being an advocate, educator, and supportive presence for others. She strives to offer understanding, resources, and encouragement that empower individuals and families on their journeys toward healing and wellness.
