Liv Busby earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from Illinois Wesleyan University and is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Illinois State University. She is working toward becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and plans to specialize in eating disorders and disordered eating.
With more than six years of dedication to this field, Liv is passionate about helping individuals heal their relationships with food through compassionate, client-centered care. Her connection to One Hope Project began during her senior year at Illinois Wesleyan University when she completed an internship with the organization. She was excited to continue her journey with One Hope and remain part of a team that shares her commitment to supporting others.
In addition to her work in nutrition, Liv is a certified power yoga instructor who enjoys helping others cultivate self-awareness, regulation, and a deeper connection with their bodies. She believes in encouraging individuals to approach their emotions and physical experiences with curiosity, mindfulness, and without judgment.
