Taylor is a Volunteer Eating Disorder Specialist who hopes to help others reach their recovery goals. She is passionate about bringing more awareness to the public about eating disorders; fighting against diet culture and body shaming. She is interested in intuitive eating and exercise.
She is a current student, majoring in Psychology and Kinesiology & Allied health. She works as a Direct Support Professional as well as a Student Manager in dining services on campus. When she is not in class or working, you can find her running (as a member of the cross country team), lifting weights, baking, enjoying a sweet treat, listening to a murder mystery podcast, listening to music, journaling, or reading. She loves to travel and is passionate about seeing the world. Taylor also volunteers with Crisis Text Line and is trained as a volunteer crisis counselor.
